Is Your Body A Toxic Waste Dump?

How can you determine whether or not your body is a toxic waste dump? Consider all the toxic chemicals we are exposed to daily. Would you be surprised to learn that the average newborn baby has 287 known toxins in his or her umbillical cord blood? If a newborn has been exposed to that many toxins, I shudder to think how many I have been exposed to in my 68 years. It’s no wonder many of us feel sick often and carry around body fat we can’t seem to budge.

Is your body toxic?

So how do you know if you are toxic and need to cleanse your body? If you check off even one of the following complaints, chances are you have toxins your body needs to expel: constipation; persistent headaches, muscle aches and muscle fatigue; several mercury fillings and dental amalgams; food allergies; stubborn weight loss; hormonal imbalances and consistent use of hormone replacement treatments such as birth control pills or progesterone creams; consistent use of NSAIDs such as ibuprofen or acetaminophen; skin abnormalities such as acne, rosacea or eczema; a lifetime of consuming the standard American diet.

Wow! I wish I could check off only one of these complaints!  What about you?  Care to comment as to whether any of the mentioned complaints relate to you?
